I set up Heroic Care 7 years ago using my wealth of knowledge and experience working with people with a learning disability, autism and challenging behaviour. I have 20+ years experience of supporting adults and children with a variety of needs including: people with learning disabilities.

I have been a qualified learning disability nurse for over 11 years, with over 17 years’ experience of working with people with learning disabilities and complex health care needs. I have worked in a variety of settings as a qualified nurse, which include; NHS residential homes, in the community as a Health Facilitator in Birmingham, a children’s and young person’s hospice and most recently as a Primary Care Liaison Nurse.
